Here we are in November already. Our home team, the Vikings, is out of any playoff consideration so we might as well tailgate up a storm. It’s not too cold to grill yet so here are this weeks favorites:
BACON wrapped jalapeno poppers. Did we mention there was bacon in this recipe? Thanks to allrecipes.com for this one. We really liked it.

The only thing we might change is leave out the corn. If you are a corn lover, have at it. Here’s the complete recipe:

When the weather is cold and blustery, what’s better than a great tasting Chile to warm you up for the big game?
This recipe was pretty good for most of us Scandinavians living up in the tundra. It’s probably a safe bet that our friends down south would probably like a little more zing in their chile. Add your hot sauce to your taste.

This was our most popular selection this week. Not everyone in our family likes seafood but pretty much everyone loved this marinated grilled shrimp.

For the fish lovers out there we recommend this Grilled Salmon recipe.

This was a hit in our family. The only thing we may do differently is wrap the Salmon in tin foil for barbecuing. Here is the original recipe:

That’s it for this week. Have fun tailgating and may your favorite team win.
