
Salmon kabobs are a great way to serve salmon at parties, as appetizers, or as lunch or dinner.
You need:
- Salmon
- Lemon
- Herbs
- Olive Oil
Slice a lemon and cut the salmon into blocks.
Skewer and fold a lemon in half between each piece of salmon. Drizzle olive oil onto skewers and sprinkle with your choice of herbs.
Grill and enjoy!
