Here we are closing in on the end of November. The Kansas City Chiefs are no longer undefeated. Alabama is still ranked #1 in both the BCS standings and the AP Top 25. Florida State and Ohio State are also undefeated.
If you are looking for some tailgating ideas, here are this weeks offerings:
First up:
Buffalo Chicken Pull-Apart Bread
We really had fun with this recipe. This set up the ultimate clash between the carb lovers in the group verses the carnivores and the hot food freaks.

As you will see when you check out the recipe, there are a lot of ways to modify this tasty offering. We also found that baking the bread as a loaf was a little tricky. Trying to balance the crispiness of the top crust verses the doughy issue with the middle can be tough. Other than that we found this receipe to be hit with our crowd. We are sure you will too.

For a quick tailgating snack here’s one for you to try:
Broiled Stuffed Mini-Peppers

All you do is slice the pepper and slip in a hunk of string cheese. Place on a cookie sheet and broil for about ten minutes. Simple, fast and tasty.
Atomic Buffalo Turd Jalapeno Poppers (aka – A.B.T.)
First of all we did not name this recipe and the name certainly doesn’t do justice to the taste of this treat. This is a seriously good variation of Jalapeno poppers. If you are going to smoke this, obviously it will take you a little more time. We think that you will be glad you tried this one.
