This is an awesome sandwich. Many people with gardens or who live up north in the woods can harvest or pick most of the ingredients fresh. It just seemed right that someone would meld these prolific wild Wisconsin berries with Wisconsin cheese.
- 1/8 cup blueberries
- 1/8 cup raspberries
- 1/8 cup blackberries
- a few spring greens
- 2 inches spanish chorizo sliced
- 2 slices of herby bread
1. Pick and wash your berries and lettuce.
2. Slice the Brie, Bread, and Spanish Chorizo.
3. Butter your bread, mix the ingredients together between the buns and cook until golden brown on both sides. You may want to throw a few extra berries in the pan to place on top of the sandwich when done.
