Bloody Mary Vodka Infusion

Make your Bloody Mary’s insanely good with this Bloody Mary Vodka Infusion. We had a good idea that this would make a good drink, but by infusing the vodka like this, we couldn’t even tell there was any mixed in. Trust me, these are dangerous! This is a very smooth and easy to drink Bloody Mary that would make an excellent addition to any brunch or party.

Ingredients for the Bloody Mary Vodka Infusion:

  • vodka
  • cilantro
  • celery
  • garlic
  • peppercorns
  • jalapeno
  • bell pepper
  • tomato
  • olives
  • cucumber

Ingredients for the drink:

  • v8 tomato juice
  • beer

For skewers, you may also want to have:

  • cheese cubes
  • limes
  • salami

To make the Bloody Mary Vodka Infusion, infuse the vodka for at least three days before making your Bloody Mary. Add the ingredients at the top. Feel free to adjust any of these for your own taste. We made three slightly different versions you can see below. One was spicy, one had more tomato’s and the last one was garlic heavy. They each tasted great. However, (surprisingly) too much cucumber kind of ruined the balance, but the tomato was a very good addition. Whatever you do, make sure to have tomato.

When you are ready to enjoy your drink, take some fresh ingredients to make skewers.

Look how much the Bloody Mary Vodka Infusion changes after three days! I wish I could describe the smell to you. When you open the jars, you get this great peppery / spicy / fresh aroma.

When you are ready to drink, mix one part vodka with two parts V8. Garnish with fresh ingredients and enjoy. Don’t forget to make your beer shooter on the side with a fresh green olive!
