Pumpkin Spiked Latte #dan330 Style. #drink #psl #Pumpkinspikedlatte @jimbeam

I was cruising around on Twitter when I saw this brilliant idea by Jim Beam; the Pumpkin Spiked Latte. Well, I thought, how hard could this be? I could just go to that coffee franchise and get a #psl and pour in a shot of Jim Beam, but I was too lazy to leave the house, plus THAT COMPANY won’t sponsor me, so I am going to show you how to really easily make one at home. Plus this way they are way better this way.

Makes about 8 glasses worth

#psl ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice (or use cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg and allspice)
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • espresso shots (one for each glass)

Directions:

  • Make the pumpkin part by heating the pumpkin and spices in a saucepan. Then When mixed, add the sugar. Heat and stir until it looks like a thick syrup.
