DIY Drum Planter
Here is a relatively easy project that produces big results. Why not try a DIY drum planter by Instructibles.com? We have used barrels for other projects so we have a source that is relatively inexpensive. (Try a chemical company) I think we paid $5 for a cleaned out barrel. Anyway, this is great looking planter and as you will see you can cut the barrel so you can vary the height of the planters you make. If you are even a little bit handy and want to upgrade your patio or deck this would be a great project for you.
