Potato Blue Cheese Soup

Potato soup is a great dish in the late fall and early winter. I love this one from www.throughoanaslense.com.  Here’s what they say about it:

as simple as it gets, a combination of butter, onion, garlic, potatoes, chicken broth, milk and of course blue cheese, ready to be served in 30 minutes.

I want to try to make this with some bacon and a fresh batard on the side. For the whole recipe, go to: http://www.throughoanaslens.com/potato-blue-cheese-soup/
