The Easy Grilled Chicken Sandwich is a super simple family meal that is great for a fast dinner or busy families on the go. This recipe is simplistic, but has become a go-to staple for our busy lives.
- Ciabatta Bread Loaf
- Chicken Breasts
- Provolone Cheese
- Hot Sauce (try our very easy DIY recipe here)
Cut off the extra fat from your chicken breasts and grill them. When they are nearly done, add the provolone cheese to the top so it melts.
Put your Chiabata in the oven at 375 for 5 minutes to heat it up. When it is done, pull it out of the oven and cut it so it makes chicken breast sized buns. Butter the bread.
Cut the avocados in to slices.
Take the chicken from the grill to your buns, put avocado’s on the chicken, drip the hot sauce on top and cover it with the top of the bun.
