#Wishesdelivered
This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of UPS for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.
Here we are in the middle of the holiday season. It’s a time to celebrate. It’s a time to share. It’s a time to be thankful and it’s a time to be generous. It doesn’t take money to be generous. Hold the door for someone, volunteer at a local charity. Your time and a friendly smile can be priceless and have a positive affect in someone’s life. Make a difference however you can.
We want to remind our readers that the UPS #Wishesdelivered campaign is still active. Here is how you can help. Share your wish by going to the #wishesdelivered site or by sharing your wish on Twitter or Instagram. Your wishes are automatically sent to the #wishesdelivered website by using the #wishesdelivered hashtag along with your wish on Twitter or Instagram. UPS will make a charitable contribution of $1 to one of their charity partners (Salvation Army, Boys & Girls Club, or Toys for Tots) up to $100K! Don’t forget to share your wish on other social media as well.
Here are a couple amazing wishes that have come true. The young boy, who from an early age wanted to to be a UPS driver because of his relationship with a friendly UPS driver. He got to experience what it is like to be a UPS driver. Then there’s the kids from Corpus Christi, Texas who got to experience snow, thanks to UPS. Many of these kids had never seen snow before. The look on their faces was priceless. So, what is your wish? Take the time to share your wish and help a great cause.
It is our wish that the poor and the homeless in our area and the whole world really, have a warm and safe place to stay as well as enough nutritious food to eat. Check out our recent visit to a charity that provides bedding and furnishings for the poor.
These are donated items that are given to the disadvantaged and poor. In our climate it is so important to be able to stay warm in the winter.
Won’t you help? You can make a difference and UPS will help too. Submit your wish now to Twitter or Instagram with the #WishesDeliverd hashtag. Thank you for helping!
