How to Boil an Egg – Perfectly
I am almost ashamed to admit this. In todays world when we allow ourselves to get busier than we should, we cut corners. When I am at the grocery store I have been known to buy bagged pre-made salad an even peeled boiled eggs in a plastic container. Until recently I actually ate those eggs.
Well I got off my lazy short cut taking butt the other day and boiled my own eggs. I couldn’t believe how easy it was and how great the eggs taste. Now when I am turning the corner in the dairy section of my local grocery store, I whip right past those gross rubbery pre-boiled eggs and only give them a disgusted glare.
