Pork Loin Recipe with White Wine Sauce

Hi! We are back in the kitchen with Spiceé Gourmet. Today, we made a pork loin with white wine gravy. This recipe takes a pork loin seasoned with Spiceé Gourmet’s spices. We used the Mediterranean Meat Rub to get a sweet and meaty flavor. The Tuscan, Montreal, Spicy Italian  or any of the poultry rubs would be great as well.

Any time you are cooking a loin, fry the outside in a hot fry pan to sear it. Then set it aside to cook it much more slowly. This recipe has you sear it in oil and some fresh herbs. The it takes the leftovers from the searing and adds chicken broth, white wine and cream to make a gravy.
