Question: What do you do when you’re on a diet, and you constantly have a hankering for decadent and luxurious desserts such as McFlurries and $2 Home Brand cheesecakes? I’ll tell you what you do. You cry about how this whole diet is stupid and you aren’t even losing weight anyway so what’s the point and then you go to the supermarket and buy out the entire confectionery aisle. “I’ll start again tomorrow,” you’ll muffle to yourself whilst stuffing your face with fistfuls of Lindt balls. So the next day, when you are nursing a gigantic stomach ache and you are regretting the previous day’s food decisions, you should probably just reach for a tasty drink to fulfil your cravings, rather than an entire cheesecake.
