Cajun Shrimp & Chorizo Pasta
This cajun shrimp and chorizo pasta is filled with so many yummy spices, is uber (yes, uber) creamy, and I love the combination of spicy chorizo with fresh, perfectly cooked shrimp! I chose to use penne pasta in this recipe, because
1. It’s Trevor’s favorite and he’s the birthday boy.
2. The sauce is really, um, saucy and creamy, so it gets caught in the tubes of penne and it’s basically heaven.
