Guacamole Pizza with Corn & Zucchini
It’s true. As a kid, the sight of avocado was enough to send me running from the room. You want me to eat that green slimy stuff? NO WAY.
Turns out, green slimy stuff is totally unfairly judged. Think about it: guacamole…pesto…both green and slimy. Both incredibly delicious. Both are now totally integral parts of my diet!
Also: both make AMAZING tomato sauce substitutes on pizza!
