The most common color is pale green. But they can also turn other colors such as purple, orange, red, and even blue. In the picture below, you can see the pale green but in the bright area just above the horizon, you can see the violets, and blues above the bright spot and some reds and oranges closer to earth. When viewing this live, you can see pulses of energy coming from the purple and finishing at the bottom near the red. IMG_1746web
