I got another spiralizer for Christmas this year and I love it. You can never have too many spiralizers in my mind. I have 3. Recently I tried to noodlize (made up word to go with spiralizer) some butternut squash and it was delicious! The slight sweetness of the squash went perfectly with the Italian sausage, garlic and broccoli. I twas also quite beautiful and of course healthy.
