Salmon is rich in omega 3, so it’s great for your skin, brain and eyes. To top it off, Salmon is a good source of tryptophan which should help you sleep better. What’s not to love?
I typically fry the salmon in coconut oil, as it cooks quickly and tastes delicious, but if you prefer you could bake it for 20-30 minutes in the oven.
This really is a wonderfully simple dish that’s filled with an amazing array of fresh flavours that come together perfectly to create something really delicious.
