One of my go to recipes is a simple fish taco. We love Mexican food and have been trying to bring in more fish to our diet so this is a no brainer. With a good slaw and some yummy crema you can create a simple fish taco that is low cal and delicious at the same time.
Make it fun by creating a buffet of different toppings so everyone can choose their favorites. This is great for a small get together with friends or family, or an easy and healthy go-to dinner during the week.
