Lemon Pepper Fish Tacos
These Lemon Pepper Fish Tacos are the perfect meal to whip up on a busy weeknight. Full of chunky tilapia, red cabbage slaw, and pico de gallo served on warm corn tortillas, this recipe was a huge it and it’s so simple. You can have a delicious dinner in under 20 minutes!
I’ve tried to make fish tacos at home by following a Food Network star’s recipe and ended up not liking the results. I’ve actually tried a couple of recipes that left me disappointed. But after having the best tacos ever in Cozumel, I was determined to find a recipe good enough to enjoy at home.
I don’t share many savory dishes on my site. But I do like to sneak one in every now and then, especially if it’s something that can be baked. And since these tacos were such a huge hit, I just had to share them. They are made with my favorite brand of frozen seafood and the entire meal takes less than 20 minutes. Sounds like the perfect dinner, don’t you think?
