Classic Beef Wellington Recipe
If you are looking for a fancy dinner idea, look no further! Beef Wellington is what you need to impress your dinner guests!
The best cut of beef is coated with lots of goodies (such as sautéd mushrooms & parma ham) which is then wrapped in puff pastry and baked. Doesn’t it sound divine?
There is nothing difficult about making it but it may be a bit time consuming! However, you can still prepare it well ahead. In fact, you can let it rest in your fridge overnight!
This recipe doesn’t use paté or mustard (feel free to add these) but includes black olives.
