Orange Hemingway aka Papa Doble
Skip the sweet stuff and serve up this tart Orange Hemingway in true daiquiri style.

Maraschino liqueur is hard to find. I’ve never found it in Ohio. So if you come across any brand of maraschino liqueur, buy it. It won’t go to waste in your liquor cabinet.
Maraschino is a liqueur from the city of Zadar in Croatia, obtained from distilled Marasca cherries including their crushed pits which give it a bittersweet almond flavor.
Add it to any cocktail and it transforms the flavor. Maraschino liqueur is not the same thing as syrup from a cherry jar. Do not use that stuff!
