Corned Beef Hash Breakfast Roll-ups
There’s nothing better than diving into a soft, buttery crescent roll filled with eggs, corned beef hash, and gooey cheese.
This recipe is quick, easy and just enough to fill those hungry bellies for breakfast. Open a can of refrigerated crescent roll dough, fill it with cheese, scrambled eggs, Hormel Mary Kitchen Corned Beef Hash, and bake it to perfection. I used American cheese but you can use any cheese you like. Slice up some cheddar cheese instead or half sticks of string cheese. Brush the tops of the crescent rolls with a mixture of egg yolk and sour cream to get a rich golden brown color. This recipe is so easy, convenient, and incredibly delicious.
