Here are this weeks picks for your tailgating pleasure:

The Ultimate Tailgating bar:

Sriracha Bacon Wrapped Onion Rings by http://kirbiecravings.com/

Mrs. K writes:

To make these, first slice the onion, making sure to preserve the rings. You will then separate the rings, keeping the larger ones to make the onion rings. After the onions are wrapped in bacon, they are dipped in a sriracha honey sauce. They are then baked until the bacon is crispy. Another layer of glaze is then put on before serving.

They’re so simple, it’s terrifying. Well, not terrifying…but almost. They’re a lovely twist on the tired old baked potato, and they perfectly embody a quality I always strive to achieve in my cooking

If the prospect of filling your belly with nothing more than carbs and cheese excites you as much as it excites me, then you need to run, not walk, into the kitchen and make this bread.
