Roasted with olive oil, lemon, & ranch… finished with parmesan cheese. Super simple, healthy, & yummy!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large head of broccoli sliced into 1-inch thick steaks
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ranch seasoning from Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Packet
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
