  • 1/4 cup of Canola Oil plus 2 tablespoons to oil the pan
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 cup corn meal
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
