Easy Ice Cream Brownie Cake Recipe
Ice cream and chocolate is always a winning combination. This recipe can be made ahead, freezes great, and feeds a crowd. You can also adapt it to fit your own personal favorite flavors.
Using a large lasagna pan I made a simple box of brownie mix with the addition of chopped walnuts, and bittersweet chocolate chips. I never noticed the bittersweet chocolate chips before. In fact, I was amazed at all the different kinds of chip flavors that were available. Milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate, peanut butter, butterscotch and of course the traditional semi-sweet chocolate chips, were all available at our local grocery store.
