I’m a recent enthusiast of Chia seeds and love them in my homemade strawberry chia jamand as an addition to my granola.

Chia seeds are a superfood high in fiber and rich in omega 3s, antioxidants and minerals. They keep you full for hours and and did I mention they are gluten-free.

Left to soak in liquid the seeds act as a pectin and thicken after several hours. Chia seeds are a great way to create a tasty pudding that’s delicious and healthy with no guilt.

Even the kids had no idea they were eating something that was good for them. “Yum…this is chocolate pudding?”
