I hit the jackpot with this one! You are going to love it, I promise. The reason I know is because I’ve made these once a week for four weeks in a row now, needless to say, these little jars of blueberry bliss are a new favorite in the Shallal household.
It’s basically like a hearty muffin or bread that you eat with a spoon, and of course topped with your favorite puddle of nut butter and you will be in breakfast heaven. Mr. Hungry loves them so much he keeps asking me when they will be on the blog. Considering he isn’t very concerned when anything is going to be on the blog unless it’s a picture of him, this must be serious breakfast business.
