Unfortunately, most people nowadays have forsaken the road trip in favor of hopping on a plane and getting to their destination in a matter of hours. While you might have an overall time limit on your road trip, the schedule itself can be changed and adjusted on your own terms. You don’t have to rush around to catch flights, or check out of a hotel before you’re ready to move on.
