I have been in the mood for margaritas lately. Recently when I made my monthly trip to the Strip district and saw these lovely Meyer lemons, I decided to try them in a margarita. Because I’m into margaritas right now and why not? Traditionally you use a lime but a Meyer lemon tastes like a cross between a lemon and a mandarin orange so that sounds like a nice twist right? So when the folks at Sunday Supper came up with Citrus Recipes That Make You Smile this week, I had the perfect one: a simple Meyer lemon margarita!
