This recipe is definitely worth the wait and one of my favorites, so you have to try it! Made in one pan, because you know how I feel about dishes. Super high protein and packed with hidden veggies, it’s an excellent way to start your day. I think it’s pretty meal prep friendly as well. I made the recipe for four, so you could make enough to meal prep for a bunch of days or feed multiple people.
