Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cauliflower rice
  • 1T avocado oil
  • 2-4 pre cooked sausages or brats (I used Teton Waters Jalapeno Cheddar Brats)
  • 2 cheese wedges (like Kerrygold Dubliner cheese wedges or laughing cow swiss)
  • 1 green onion
  • sprinkle garlic salt and pepper to taste
