Because I know you want some breakfast meal prep recipes that don’t make you feel all the guilty ickies when you find out what you just pulled from the box and shoved into your facial hole.

You guys. Before I get distracted with something else, I need to tell you that I LUVITY LUV LUV these bars. The kind of love that makes you want to shout from rooftops and prance around the house all day singing honey-sweet oatmealy melodies.

The softy-baked-goodness of these gluten free breakfast bars kind of hurt my heart for the first few moments that they were in my mouf. Because, I felt like I was cheating.

On my usual oatmeal recipe or cookie dough overnight oats.

I have been happily going spoon >> overnight oats >> face >> 😀 for the past eleventy billion years until these breakfast bars entered my life.

This breakfast bar recipe swept me off my feet with their dashing swirls of peanut butter and ooey-gooey melty chocolate chips. I tried to ignore it for as long as I could.

I could just sense my previous oatmeal-in-a-bowl addiction fading. But I didn’t want to give in. Am I the only person that worries about what my favorite foods might think of me if I don’t eat them?

Maybe don’t answer that.
