Calling all corn lovers! I saw a picture of some corn on a magazine rack in my local store. My mouth started watering and I don’t even like corn (I think because I live in Minnesota, which is basically a big cornfield)! The concept for this recipe came from the Food Network’s magazine, but I just had to try to make it on my own.
Ingredients for both recipes:
Fresh Picked Corn
Olive Oil
Buffalo Blue Cheese:
Crumbled Blue Cheese
Buffalo Sauce
(I would add chives and crumbled bacon next time – add this to your list)
