Great River Road: Rolling Down the River with Harley Grandma – Intro

So my wife says to me “I’ve never been to Lake Itasca” and I go Ah Hah! A new adventure. “Biker Grandma rides the Great River Road from Lake Itasca to the Gulf of Mexico” I said. I got the look. You know the look I’m talkin about. But she loved the idea. She just didn’t want me to know it. She’s thinking 220ish miles from our home to Lake Itasca and I’m thinking that’s a good start. How about the 2500 miles from there to the Gulf of Mexico following the Great River Road system. There are a lot of fun places to see and stories to tell between Northern Minnesota (don’t cha know) and the great state of Louisiana on the Gulf Coast (ya’ll). Here’s how we’re going to break this down. Harley Grandma will tell the story of traveling the Great River Road. I get to share all the goofy things we find. No surprise that I get the goofy stuff. Anyway, thanks for following us on this adventure. See you in Duck Dynasty land. (Uncle Si is my hero, but Phil says grace before every meal)
