Tobies Restaurant is a very famous stop on a popular driving route that connects the Twin Cities to the vacation-hot-spot of Northern Minnesota. If you are looking for a place to go, check out our cabins Creekside Cabin at Elbow Lake Lodge and End of the Road Cabin. When you are there, you can also check out our things to do in the Lake Vermilion Area. it has become an iconic stop for family vacationers and outdoorsman alike. Plus, it is the only place to get Tobies Carmel Rolls!

One thing is for sure, you can’t argue with the crowds. People wouldn’t wait this long if they weren’t getting something excellent. Don’t be confused by the attached gas station. This is no ordinary rest stop.

You will be greeted with by friendly faces in a family-oriented atmosphere. When you see the size of these rolls, you will be amazed. They are not joking around here.
