8 oz. cream cheese softened

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained

2 cans artichokes, chopped

Press thawed spinach in a colander to drain.
SoakUpSpinach
Soak up remaining liquids with paper towels.
IngSpinDip
Soften the cream cheese and add sour cream and mayonnaise.
Arts
Chop up the artichoke hearts and and add to the spinach cream cheese mixture.

Spice it up!

Now it’s your turn to be creative with your artichoke dip.  Add garlic salt, onion salt, chopped fresh garlic, chili powder, salt & fresh ground pepper, hot sauce, paprika or anything else that revs you up for the game.  The cream cheese, sour cream and mayo are just begging to be kicked up a few notches with spices so add and taste and add some more.

Cheese Topping
Add cheese to the mixture and top with additional cheese before baking at 350 degrees for 30 – 45 minutes.

When the artichoke dip has reached it’s ideal level of flavor, just mix in half a bag of shredded mozzarella cheese to the cream cheese mixture and top with the remaining cheese.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until hot and melty.  Serve with your favorite crackers, pretzels, bread rounds, crostini or raw vegies.  You can’t go wrong with any of these choices.  Now sit back and enjoy watching your favorite team make a run at a Bowl game.
