The first time I saw Kinky Liqueur was at a liquor store going to one of my friends birthday parties. I bought it as a tasteless joke for her. There is no guessing what their marketing spin is on this one is.
At the party, we opened it and it was actually pretty good. Kinky Liqueur is a premium vodka based drink with mango, blood orange liqueur and passion fruit.
I was playing around with Kinky and came up with a few recipes:
Kinky and Lemon Martini:
All you need is Kinky Liqueur and a lemon. Squeeze the lemon juice out into a shaker with ice. Continue to fill the shaker with Kinky Liqueur until it is half full. Shake gently and serve in a martini glass.
Kinky and Passion Fruit:
At first, we tried layering this but we couldn’t get it to work. So we made it another martini! Just like above, one lemon, Kinky Liqueur, and a shot of passion fruit juice.
Kinky and Mandarine:
Finally, we mixed two parts Absolut Mandarin with one part Kinky and added just a splash of orange juice. We served it in a martini glass with fruit.
