What to do with Ornamental Gourds

I guess I never really understood why people grow ornamental gourds. They make for interesting and colorful seasonal decorations. But do people eat them or what? I know I like pumpkin pie but gourd pie doesn’t sound quite as good to me. I like squash too. It must have been the ornamental part that threw me off. What I found out is that ornamental gourds are inedible. Not only that, but there are so many other uses for gourds that I wasn’t aware of before I started this post. Check out some of the amazing things I found that people have made with gourds.
