No kid likes crust! I can’t tell you how many pb&j’s I have made sans crust for them. If I accidentally give a 2-4 year old a crust they act like they are about to die. If you run into this problem, you can also use cookie cutters for a fun way to cut your sandwiches. Anyway, this recipe makes eggs and mini-pans even better by adding bacon and cheese. Everything is better with bacon.
