Cucumber Sandwich
We are buried in cucumbers from my wife’s kitchen garden. The grandkids were over yesterday and they love to go into the garden and pick whatever is ripe. They proudly present my wife and I with the basket of produce they picked. Yesterday was a bumper crop of cucumbers so off to the computer I went looking for new ways to enjoy this versatile vegetable from our garden. I found this great looking lemony cucumber sandwich. Guess what lunch will be today?
Meet the Dan behind Dan330. He started a Pinterest account in December 2011 while off on a leave from his day job as a captain on an Airbus A330. While traveling the world, Dan practiced his longtime hobby of photography and developed his eye for natural beauty and appreciation of great photography.

Dan and his wife Laurie have three children, seven grandchildren and two grand puppies.
