
Healthy Slow Cooker Chili
Chili is one of my favorite things to eat during the colder months. It’s such a warming and comforting dish and it can be made to suit anyone’s tastebuds. But do you want to know something? It’s really not a popular thing over here in Switzerland. I mean, people probably know what it’s supposed to be like but it’s not eaten by many, at least not on a regular basis.
Which is something I don’t get at all! It’s so easy to prepare, it can easily feed a crowd and it tastes too good to be true. But how can it be made even better? Exactly. Cook it in a crockpot. As you may recall I was only recently introduced to the awesomeness of slow cookers and what a magical kitchen appliance they can be! Especially now that my baby girl wants to be part of everything it’s an absolute life saver! I can just throw some stuff into my crockpot while she’s still sleeping in the morning and I never have to worry about dinner not being ready.
