Game Day Punch
Game Day Punch is an easy to make concoction of an amber ale, pineapple juice, and a citrus-y soda that makes for the perfect game day or tailgating drink. I love me an easy-to-make drink. Portland has some majorly talented bartenders drink artists that use all sorts of weird ingredients and bitters. In fact, Portlandia did a great skit a few seasons ago that perfectly depicted this town’s bar scene. As much as I would like to put on a lab coat and look like a mad scientists when I’m making one of my tasty drinks, I just don’t have the time to extract my own black walnut bitters or candy the root of some foreign vegetable as garnish… get the RECIPE here >
