Spicy Sesame Chicken Potstickers
The first time I flew to Asia I had several layovers in Taiwan. As luck would have it, the first time I ate over there I had a nasty reaction to something. This was not good. By taking small bites of different foods I finally found something I could eat without a reaction. Potstickers. They were really good too. Lots of vendors with small kitchens cooking on the streets. I pretty much lived on potstickers for the 30 hours or so we spent in Taiwan each stop.
