Grilled Ham and Cheese Bites
The temperature is finally rising, but it’s not too hot for home cooked comfort food. In my opinion any time is a good time for grilled cheese, and when paired with leftover Easter ham and tomato soup, it can downright be the perfect meal.
I love grilled cheese. I love any type of cheese really, but there is something about melted, gooey cheese. Am I right? I had some leftover Easter ham so I threw it in my grilled cheese and cut it into quarters, so I can share (I didn’t). On a skewer these Grilled Ham and Cheese Bites are perfect to dip into delicious tomato soup. Or to pass around at get togethers. Or serve up for a tasty brunch. Or, just because–that’s usually the route I take.
