Maple Dijon Salmon, Lemon Paprika Potatoes & Asparagus
There’s nothing better than that first BBQ dinner after a long winter. The smell of the BBQ heating up on the patio is like the perfume of summer. Okay, that might be a little bit of an extreme analogy, but you have to admit, it’s a great smell. One thing about the BBQ is that you can increase the heat to cook your food faster, and if you prepare them correctly they won’t dry out. I also like the fact that I end up with a lot less dirty dishes when I’m cooking on the BBQ. This Maple Dijon Salmon and Lemon Paprika Potatoes with Asparagus turned out so delicious, we will be sure to make it again this summer!
