Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp with Oatmeal Cookie Streusel
Spring just hasn’t sprung until rhubarb makes it’s way into my kitchen! This spring, I’ve created a Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp with a delicious Oatmeal Cookie Streusel. It is so easy to make, and is best served fresh from the oven with a big old scoop of vanilla ice cream!
