Autumn Infused Water
Enjoy staying hydrated with this Autumn Infused Water. I drink it throughout the day and always enjoy it with my protein bar before or after a workout. I have to confess. I am chronically dehydrated. I’m just one of those people who doesn’t like to drink water unless I’m really thirsty. A few months ago, however, I joined a fantastic gym and have been exercising regularly.
