Best Butternut Squash Recipe Ever
This year grew Butternut squash in the back yard in hopes to use it for my local food prep business. When I planted them I got tons of squash and they have been amazing.
I did not have enough to make all I needed this week, so I bought some from Bradley at Fall Creek Farms. He and his wife run an amazing organic farm in Spencer Tennessee, not too far from Cookeville.
This is an easy butternut squash recipe that all of the local people raved over when we made this for MealFit READY.
